An annual income document is a certificate or verification document that a local government or your respective ward office provides to you. You are required to have this document to show the interview officer that you have sufficient income to cover your living expenses and educational expenses over in Finland during the course of your study.

Documents required:
Salary income: Tax clearance, bank statements or salary pay slips, salary certificate, Citizenship, PAN card (Depending on the situation, some documents could be omitted)
Agricultural Income: Agriculture Income Document from Ward Office and Agricultural Tax Exemption Certificate from Ward Office.
Business Income: PAN registration certificate, Business registration certificate, Citizenships, Bank statements, Audit reports (Depending on the situation and the amount of business income, some documents could be omitted)
Land Revenue: Land lease agreement, Tenant Citizenship, Owner Citizenship, and Land Owner Certificate
Rent Revenue: Land Owner Certificate ( land at which your house is located in), House owner certificate, tenant citizenship, owner citizenship, rent agreement and tax clearance receipt of both house and land.
Foreign Income: Their passport, salary certificate.
Things to remember while making an annual income document:
1. The total amount must be converted into Euro.
2. You should use the rate of the same date that you made the document.
3. You should use the selling rate
